Rental Policies

The condominium complex requires at least one guest be 25 years of age or older. The complex also determines that no pets over 20 pounds are allowed on property.

Arrival Times

The normal check-in time is 3 pm and the normal check-out time is 10 am. I like to stick as close to possible to this in order to facilitate quality maid service, but please let me know if you need a special exception and I will work with you the best I can.
