Rental Policy

Reservations for these lovely suites in San Miguel should be made well in advance.

December through April, and June through September are considered High Season, and therefore usually are very busy.

TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION, WE REQUIRE:

· 50 % advanced payment to reserve for each period. ( non refundable )

· 50 % balance at least 30 days prior to arrival for each period. ( non refundable )

· The entire rent is required as a deposit to guarantee occupancy for less than a month and is due at the time the reservation is made.

· A Telephone and Damages “Refundable Deposit” of $200.00 US Dollars is required at least 30 days prior to the arrival.

NOTE: Because Telephone bills in Mexico are rendered two (2) months after the expense is incurred, deposits will be returned within 60 days after departure, less deductions for telephone calls and any damage sustained by the rental property or its furnishings. A copy of the telephone bill as well as an itemized statement of damages will accompany your refund. Telephone charges will have a 15% tax added to the total amount.

If you don’t want to enjoy the full Telephone Service, YOUR REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED AT YOUR DEPARTURE. ( You will receive calls but cant call out )

· All prices are quoted in Dollars.

· No credit cards accepted.

· All deposits are firm commitments and should be in the form of cashiers check OR money order made payable to Salvador Ernesto Moreno, Architect.

· 7 nights minimum stay and you must arrive on Saturdays

· Check in time is 3:00 PM on Saturdays or later

· Check out time is before 11:00 AM on Saturdays

· No pets allowed

· Non Smokers Preferred

· These suites will be rented only to tranquil families.

· Management will meet arriving clients at the Rental Property : 148 CANAL STREET at a designated time to be established prior to arrival to hand over the keys.

· Tenant should notify Management immediately of any maintenance or emergency issues.

· All reservations are on a "first come-first serve" basis.

· Articles and Personal property left behind will be shipped at the client's expense

· ABC REALTY reserves the right to show premises to prospective clients with advance notice and at times reasonably convenient to the tenant
