Rental Policy

Down Payment=reservation deposit $ 500 DUE upon reservation. Balance of rent , minus reservation deposit, DUE 30 days before arrival.

Each additional Adult/Teen is $ 10/night or $50/week. $120/month

REQUIREMENT/POLICY
Down Payment=Reservation deposit $500 DUE upon reservation.
Balance Of Rent DUE 30 Days before arrival.
