Our rental beach condo is located directly across the street from Oceanside beach, and diagonally across from the best beach access for miles. Oceanside beaches are a dream. With plenty of wide sand, clean, blue water of the Pacific, pelicans flying in formation all the time, and dolphin sightings daily, you simply cannot find a place that offers more in Southern California! Condo includes: comfortable living area, dining area, fully equipped, beautiful kitchen, view deck, deck chairs and table, gas log fireplace, wall-mounted HDTV, DVD player, CD player/radio system, DSL Internet Service, master bedroom with queen bed, guest bedroom with king bed, convenient bathroom with walk-in shower, full-size washer and dryer, secured basement parking, storage rooms for beach stuff, beach chairs, boogey boards, etc.

Rental Policy

We will send you a Vacation Lease Agreement to sign well in advance of your planned vacation, and a payment request by email, if you are paying by credit card.

Arrival Times

Check in: 3:00 p.m. Check out: 10:00 a.m.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Oceans1112 is available for rent on a weekly or monthly basis. Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. One-half the rental amount, plus a refundable deposit of $500.00, is required to secure reservations.
