This large spacious home sleeps up to 12 people comfortably and is a welcoming house for family gatherings.
If we can fill the time you have reserved, your deposit will be refunded. If all or part of the time is not re-booked, the 50% deposit will pay for that unused time; any difference would then be refunded minus $100 cancellation fee.
For your comfort, this is a non-smoking home. Sorry, no pets. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Check-in is 4pm. check-out is 11am.
All reservations will be charged $25 per person/per night over 12 people, $225 non-refundable cleaning fee, $250 refundable security deposit, 8% Lincoln City Room Tax, and 1% State Lodging Tax.
We require 50% of total nights stay + tax to hold the reservation. The remaining 50% of total nights stay + tax + $225 non-refundable security deposit + $250 refundable security deposit are due 30 days prior to your arrival.
