A lovely holiday home,about 10 minutes from Disney,with 3 bedrooms including a master en-suite bedroom, large through lounge diner/kitchen area. Fully air conditioned and fans in all rooms. Free high speed Internet for use with your own laptops. The phone provides free Local calls. A fully screened Lanai with sun beds at the rear. Parking bays are at the front.
There is a beautiful heated swimming pool, hot tub and large sun deck for sunbathing. We have a new queen bed and furniture in the master bedroom and new tables, furniture and table lamps in the lounge,
• Orlando international Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. There is also Sanford International Airport approximately 70 minutes away.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). The 192 and International drive areas are very popular for shopping and dining out including Festival bay and The Mercado for those days you crave shopping. There are also numerous fast food/dining facilities such as Dennys, Arbys, Golden Corral and Ponderosa to mention but a few.
• Nearby Attractions: Disney World is only a 10 minute drive away. Seaworld and the universal Parks are about 30 minutes drive away. The highway 192 has a good selection of shops and attractions/restaurants along its route and the famous international Drive area boasts a selection of shopping malls and attractions such as the Titanic, Wet n Wild, Ripleys Believe It or Not and Wonderworks

Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
