Vacation on the Quiet Side! This cozy lake house is nestled in a shady lakefront lot in a quiet cove just off the main channel at the 44 ½ MM on the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. We are located on the QUIET side of the lake meaning NO TRAFFIC JAM every time you need to go to the store. Why fight the traffic while you’re supposed to be relaxing on vacation?
Lake of the Ozarks is full of fun with Miniature golf courses, 2 caves, go-kart tracks, arcades, a water park and family fun parks.
The fun doesn't stop there however! Visit the Historic Bagnell Dam Strip in Lake Ozark; this mile long stretch is full of arcades, batting cages, rides, parasailing, rocket launcher, haunted hotel, mazes, cruises, ice cream shops, restaurants and Ozark gift shops.
And don’t forget the wonderful restaurants, bars, night clubs, the Outlet Mall in Osage Beach, unique shops, the site seeing, swimming, fishing, boating, and RELAXING!

The perfect place for your vacation! Great for families, couples, mother & daughter shopping getaway, or even a father & son fishing trip!
This cozy vacation rental is available year around and features a private dock, central heating and air conditioning, laundry room, Satellite TV, DVD, Playstation 2, air hockey table, phone, all bedding, bath and dish towels. Comfortably sleeps 6. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a coffee maker, utensils, pots & pans, basic spices, dishwasher, oven, microwave, blender, and refrigerator.
Outside, you can enjoy cooking on the charcoal grill and eating on the large deck and patio set. Then, walk 50 feet and relax on the beach chairs & loungers on the beach or dock! It has it all; Great Memories, Swimming, Fishing & View!
Boat ramp available & Boat Rentals close by for fun in the sun!
Guests are asked to provide their own beach toys & towels, charcoal, life jackets (required for kids under 12), food, soaps, and personal items. Bath, kitchen and bed linens provided.

Rental Policy
Pet friendly $55/pet (max 2 pets)
Portable crib avail $10/day
Extra person (rates based on 6) $10/day
$200 Deposit (refundable!) + rates + $80 cleaning fee + sales tax (on rates only) + (pets, crib, if applicable)
Required $200.00 reservation/cancellation-damage deposit and ½ rent due at time of booking which can be made by check, cash, or we accept credit cards through Pay Pal. 3% credit card fee applies.
Short notices(w/in 30 days of arrival) must pay in FULL by cash or credit card! Checks won’t have time to clear!
Deposit will be returned by mail after departure when property has been inspected for damage or missing items. No refunds for early departure.
Must be 25 to rent. Check in time after 1:00 p.m. and check out time is by 12:00 p.m.
We are not responsible for accidents or injury or for any loss of personal items or valuables. There's plenty of parking for your boat trailer!
We accept credit cards thru PayPal, cash, and checks (NO certified checks or money orders!)
