Comfortably sleeping 10 to 12 and providing a social setting for up to 60 guests on the expansive deck, "La Vita Bruta" (The Hard Life) is right on the beach with it's own access. It is one of the few homes on the East Coast with the beach and the ocean on the West side for magnificent sunsets and settings for memorable pictures. With several other homes on the same street, your whole party could stay within walking distance.
This property is built on a double lot for maximum intimacy and privacy. It was custom designed and built as a full time residence, so it is loaded with detail not usually found in a beach house. It has been featured in "American Dream Homes" and "Haven" magazines.
