We welcome you to experience our large, beautiful 2 Master Suite, 2 Bathroom, 2nd floor condo with beautiful ocean views from our lanai, living room and Master Suite. Our complete remodel includes new carpet, new paint, granite countertops and all new appliances. Our condo is the largest of the Grand Champion 2 bedrooms with 1370 sq. ft. (including Lanai) of living space and is beautifully decorated. The two Master Suites are situated on opposite sides of the floor plan giving maximum privacy. The condo sleeps 4 adults and 1 toddler on a fold out futon chair. In addition, there is also a twin aerobed available. Quality linens and towels are provided, as well as beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. The Queen Suite also has a separate private entry. Air conditioned with overhead fans in every room to add to your comfort. We also provide free U.S. long distance phone service and wireless high speed internet.
Rental Policy
2 night deposit to confirm reservation
Minimum stay of 7 nights is usually required
Balance due 60 days before arrival
No smoking or pets
Cleaning fee of $150 charged for stays less than 7 nights
$200 security deposit which will be refunded after inspection (covers damage to unit, excessive cleaning, etc.)
