This 1st floor, 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is available for weekly rentals from May through October. This space sleeps 4 people, with 2 twin beds, 1 queen and a pull out sofa bed. It's fully furnished, with a private deck, brand new gas grill, air conditioning, parking, washer/dryer, coffee maker, kitchen supplies and more. It's located 1 1/2 blocks from the ocean, and the amenities include a private gym, pool, sauna and tennis courts. The condo location is about a half mile to the famous Old Orchard Beach pier and amusements, and about 15 minutes North to the Portland area and 25 minutes to Kennebunkport and other points South. No Pets allowed. NO Smoking.
Included in rental: cable and local telephone service, free parking for 2 cars, use of sauna, pool, exercise room, and tennis courts.
Rental Policy
A $250 security deposit (to be returned via mail after your stay).
Arrival Times
Rentals are from Saturday afternoon to the following Saturday morning. Check out is 11:00 am. Check in is 1 pm.
