We have Slopeside's deluxe one-,two- and three-bedroom homes couldn't be any closer to the slopes. Highlands Slopeside offers mountain as well as dramatic valley views from it's slopeside location. Relax in the property's great room, complete with a stone fireplace and a deck overlooking the slopes. The outdoor pool and hot tubs are located at the adjacent Highlands Lodge.

Rental Policy

Rental Policies: 50% deposit required to reserve your vacation rental. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and checks.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation for any reason more than 60 days of your arrival, you will receive a refund minus 20% of the gross rental amount. If you cancel with less than 60 days to your arrival date and we are able to re-book your dates, you will receive a full refund minus 20% of your gross rental amount. If we are unable to rebook your property for the same dates, you will forfeit your entire deposit amount.

We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance through a reputable company such as Travel Guard for unforeseen acts of nature/God. Please read description of Policy coverages carefully before purchasing travel insurance.
