In this newly designer furnished home you will find 3100+ SF of Gorgeous living space, featuring 2 fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops, 2 separate living areas, and 2 laundry areas. The top floor has a unique Kids Suite with 2 sets of bunk beds, all with full size pillow top mattresses, so comfortable even mom and dad could sleep soundly on them! Our home features a huge spacious den with a 55in TV, and 6 other flat screen TV’s throughout the home.
For your convenience, we offer Complimentary Bed Linens and Bath Towels and Beach Chairs, Boogie Boards, Tennis Racquets and Basketball for the on site amenities. The property has an Outdoor Pool, Heated Indoor pool, Basketball courts, Tennis courts, Volleyball courts, and baseball field, horseshoe pit and a fitness center. We have private beachfront access parking and oceanfront dining. We also provide 2 Golf Carts for your use around the property.
After an active day on the beach, enjoy the great outdoor space, very convenient for entertaining! Fix dinner for everyone on the Stainless Steel Gas Grill, and eat outside under the covered porch or wrap around balcony on the second floor and experience beach life at it’s best! After dinner, head downstairs to the Game Room and challenge your family and friends to a game of Ping Pong, air hockey, foosball, or electronic indoor basketball.
The beach house is in a resort style community with 24-hour security located in the Surfside Beach, Garden City area, which is just south of the Myrtle Beach Grand Strand of South Carolina.

This Homeaway from home beach house has the perfect vacation rental location offering easy access to Myrtle Beach Airport, private beach front access, oceanfront dining, close to shopping, family fun, entertainment, Tupelo Bay Golf Course just across the street & more than 50 other golf courses nearby. Nearby Murrells Inlet are home to Fishing, Charter Boats, Water sports & many great restaurants. The Grand Strand Area of Myrtle Beach has more than 2000 Restaurants serving every cuisine under the sun. The area has an abundance of nightlife and entertainment such as Legends in Concert, Carolina Opry, Alabama Theatre, Dolly's Dixie Stampede, Ripley's Museum, Hard Rock Cafe Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville and Broadway at the Beach.

In the off-season our home can be divided into a separate 2BR 1.5 Bath apartment and a 3BR 3 Bath vacation rental for off season vacation packages, snowbirds, smaller families or business travelers. Surfside beach rentals, is your homeaway from home, and since it is a vacation rental by owner real estate property, we can offer beach rental discounts, snowbird specials, or other great deals on vacation packages. Rental Policy

We rent to families and persons over 25 years of age. Upon rental decision, I will e-mail the rental terms and agreement for revieew and signature.

Arival time is 4PM and departure time is 11AM.
