This luxury 4 bed/3 bathroom fully equipped home with private pool is situated on the exclusive gated community of Sunset Lakes, situated just 4 miles from Disney and has to everything you could require for a perfect vacation.

Property Details

Sunset Lakes is a quiet gated community with two lakes and is surrounded by a Conservation Area. It is ideally situated just off Highway 192 where you will find shops, restaurants and other facilities. Disney World main gate is just 4 miles away and other attractions such as Universal Studios and Sea World are within a short drive. Several high quality golf courses are minutes away and Sunset Lakes has further facilities including a communal pool and children's play area.

The villa provides a spacious open plan living area with two large sofas, one of which converts into a queen bed. The Living Room overlooks the swimming pool and has a large sliding patio door providing access onto the pool deck. There is a large screen TV with cable and DVD/VHS video connected and a stereo CD player for your entertainment. There is also a Playstation 2 with two dual shock controllers and games in one of the twin bedrooms.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with full size stove, fridge freezer with icemaker, microwave oven, dishwasher and many other appliances. The Dining Area has an extended table and chairs seating up to 8 people. There are a further two stools which can be used at the adjacent breakfast bar. The Dining Area has direct access to the lanai (shaded patio area) via sliding doors.

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and ensuite bathroom with garden tub bath, large shower and twin vanity units. There is a walk-in wardrobe off the bathroom. The Master Bedroom also has sliding doors onto the pool area. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and ensuite shower room. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds, includng a Disney themed room with Mickey Mouse TV.
The third bathroom has a bath with shower over.

The Games Room contains a pool table & foosball/soccer.

Three patio doors lead directly onto the screened pool deck where you will find sun loungers and chairs to enjoy the Florida sunshine until late into the evening. There is a shaded lanai area that has an overhead fanlight and a table and chairs for outside dining. The pool can be heated upon request during the cooler months and there is a cover to help retain heat when the pool is not being used.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Prices are inclusive of all taxes.
Deposit of $200/£100 required to reserve a booking.
Pool heat $18/£10 per day.
Credit card payments accepted subject to a 3% surcharge.
Additional cleaning charge of $70/£35 payable on stays of 6 nights or less.
