The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator.
The living room / kitchen is very pleasant and allow a nice circulation. You feel at home instantly.
The bathroom has been "refreshed" a year ago.
The bedroom is very quiet because it is next to the patio (the living room gives a view on the street). There are two huge closets to fill up. You won't be running out of available space.
