This great condo is north of Phoenix and north of downtown Scottsdale. It is a few miles from the towns of Carefree and Cavecreek. The location is just out of the valley heat in the summer and you can feel the difference when you drive on Scottsdale road away from the big city. The mountains surround this condo which makes for some great views.

A 5 minute drive takes you to the Boulders Resort with its restaurants, shops, and relaxed sophistication and golf! Near-by is starbucks, upper end grocery stores and plenty of places to eat.


5 miles - The town of Carefree is just as its name implies—very carefree and laid-back, with street names like ‘Ho Hum’ and ‘Easy Street’. Visit the Sundial and beautiful downtown Carefree with all its boutiques, art galleries, and restaurants. Enjoy life in the beautiful Sonoran Desert, at an elevation of 2,500 feet and surrounded by mountains, Carefree is at least five degrees cooler than the Valley of the Sun and a few miles removed from the hustle of the big cities. Known more as a resort/residential area, Carefree is a relatively new town, it was settled in the 1950’s and has its own private airport, Sky Ranch at Carefree. The famous giant sundial has been attracting people to Carefree since 1959. It is the third largest working sundial in the Western hemisphere. Carefree is just north of Scottsdale with its world class shopping and dining. Carefree is a special community located at the northern extremes of Scottsdale where privacy and good living are mixed with a great Arizona outdoor experience and some of the best golf courses, walking, and excursions.


7 miles - Cave Creek is a historic town with a Wild West cowboy atmosphere. Enjoy shopping on the two mile Cave Creek strip. The Cave Creek Recreation Area is minutes away and offers over 11 miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding. The little western town features many western restaurants including ‘The Horny Toad’, ‘The Buffalo Chip’, ‘Cartwrights’, and ‘The Territorial Grill.’


Location is golfer’s paradise if you enjoy tranquility, beautiful views, friendly neighbors, golf, shop. Golf is always available with every variety of courses from professional and city courses. They are all close to the condo.
Beautiful Bartlet lake is only a half-hour east of the condo, and offers excellent boating and fishing. Enjoy a leasurely drive to the lake and take in one of the most beautiful places in the valley.
Desert Ridge Mall, one of Arizona’s largest and most exclusive malls is located approximately ten miles south off the 101 freeway and Tatum. There is so much here, you cannot see it in one day. Speaking of malls, go a few miles into Scottsdale and find some of the most exclusive shops from New York and LA.

The cost of the monthly rental fee is based on 30 days. Any days beyond that amount will be assessed by the week. ($700 week extra)
