Large indoor pool and hot tub located on property. Fitness/gym room and Rec room with Pool Table. Conference space and plenty of underground parking.

Full rental to be paid at time of reservation by credit card or cashier's check.

Prices do not include additional 10.5% tax & $75-$95 Cleaning Fee.

One night's refundable security deposit due at time of reservation-to be refunded within 2 weeks of check-out (refer to complete rental policy)

Must be 25 year's or older to occupy the unit or at owner's discretion.
