"We had a Wonderful stay at your cabin. Once we were inside we immediately felt right at home.
The Thanksgiving decorations, welcome baskets and T-shirts were a delightful touch. We didn't have a chance to see the view from the deck that night, but then what a sight when we opened the blinds the next morning! The way the lighting changed on the mountains and Pikes Peak was a wonder: from
sunrise to sunset it was never the same. We even had a full moon and got to see the moon glow off
the Peak.
The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Though I think we could have slept anywhere after all the exercise and fresh air we got each day. We made use of your maps and tourist info and visited Garden of the Gods, took walks downtown to shop and sampled some of the springs, and took a hike that started out up by the cog railroad station (can't remember the name of the trail).
All in all, we had a most memorable Thanksgiving. Thank you so much for all your thoughtfulness
and efforts. You really helped make it a very special holiday. We'll definitely keep you in mind for future visits to the Springs.

Set on a hill PIKES PEAK CABIN HAS A WONDERFUL "ABOVE IT ALL" LOCATION AND OFFERS BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF PIKES PEAK AND THE MOUNTAINS.

The PIKES PEAK CABIN is a great place to stay in Colorado Springs area. It is conveniently located
by Old Colorado City with its fabulous shopping and dinning, five miles from downtown Colorado
Springs. Situated on a quiet street the Pikes Peak Cabin offers atmosphere of serenity and privacy.

That at-home feeling greets you as you enter the cabin. The warmth of large moss rock wood burning
fireplace, lace curtains, vintage light fixtures and cozy places to sit makes you want to curl up
with a good book.

The CABIN was built in the beginning of last century and has a lot of architectural and historical
character. The wood beam ceilings and wood paneling of the upstairs living room create a snug,
rustic feeling. The home provides conveniences of modern world while retaining the flavor of the
past.

Light and tastefully decorated living room has an access to the deck with amazing views.

Fully equipped kitchen. New brushed stainless steel small appliances. Enjoy fresh ground coffee in
the Breakfast Nook or on the large deck.

Both Bedrooms and the Bathroom are downstairs. Master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed
with a beautiful bedding set, a dresser, a night stand, a small table and designer lamps.
Second (Teddy Bear) bedroom has a full size futon, a dresser, a night stand, a TV-stand with TV set
and BOSE Wave Music System. Natural moss rock wall and a big "green house" window give this bedroom its own unique charm...

Hardwood floors are in the kitchen & the hallway. Lighted level street parking only.
The property is located right in the very heart of Pikes Peak Region with all the attractions
surrounding it. Most are 3-15 minutes away. You will find more information and visitor guides in the house.
