Bottom floor bunkroom (4 twins), & Queen Room, plus bathroom. Theater Room has pit group with 42" HDTV/Surround System, DVD Video Library, Dish Network Top 200, HBO, Board Game Table, books. Office has complete Computer/WiFi/DSL/printer. Kids Cave has a 10" TV with DVD/VCR and dozens of Children's Movies, bean bag chairs and room to play video games.

$100 Cleaning Charge per stay. $250.00 Reservation Deposit due at contract signing. Balance due 14 days prior to arrival. (2) Night Minimum, (3) Night Minimum for Holidays, (1) Week minimum during July.
