Southern Wynds is located on N. Topsail Beach in Topsial Island. It is only 100 yards from the beach and swimming pool. The beauty of Topsail Island and comfort of Southern Wynds will have you yearning for another vacation the moment you leave.

Great house with all the comforts of home. It is located on a cul-de-sac road with the beach access directly across from the house. The beach access and pool are about 100 yards from the front door.

The private community of this housing development features a swimming pool, tennis court and private beach access.

Southern Wynds is conveniently located in North Topsail Beach at the midway point of Topsail Island. This tranquil community features a pristine beach, so much so, that even the sea turtles return every year to lay their eggs.

The house is equipped with a full kitchen, grill, fireplace, cable TV in every room, two master bedrooms and a great view of both the ocean and sound.

Whether you want to enjoy the uncrowded, great beach, surfing, fishing, playing in the waves, dolphin watching, sand castle building, crab hunting or simply falling asleep on the beach with the sound of the surf in the background, you will find it here.

If you want to take a break from the beach, you can take a trip up the Intracoastal waterway, enjoy a round of golf at the North Shore Country Club (the back nine features unbelievable views of the bay), visit the sea turtle hospital or enjoy a great meal at one of the area restaurants.

The island is a magical place and you will be yearing to come back for another vacation the moment you cross over the bridge and leave the island.

Please note that rates do not include Insurance ($50) or NC sales tax (12.75%). For less than a 4 night stay a cleaning fee of $130 applies. Reservations confirmed when a 50% non-refundable deposit has been paid. Balance due at least 30 days prior to arrival date.
