A restored farmhouse, Beaver Creek Lodge is a year-round rental. We're right on the Lewis County trail network, making us ideal for snowmobiling and ATVing. Lodge rental includes unguided hunting privileges on our 400 acres, and adjacent state land.

Property Details

The lodge is a restored farmhouse that is spacious enough for large groups and families. The first floor contains the kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The second floor has 5 additional bedrooms and a second bath. There is also an enclosed porch/mud room for storing your outerwear and serves as a staging area to prepare for your ride.

The lodge has a circular driveway with easy access from the road, ideal for vehicles with trailers. We are right on the snowmobile/4-wheel trail network, enabling you to ride right from your door! Our property is approximately 400 acres, and is adjacent to Granger State Forest and Pickney State Forest. Without having to drive you can hunt on our lands or the state forests, totaling over 6400 acres.


Beaver Creek Lodge was created in the late 1980's by Robert Whipple, a consummate farmer and outdoorsman from Knox, NY who loved the beauty of the Tug Hill region. Bob envisioned a place where one could come and enjoy the bounty of nature's offering, while staying in a place with all the comforts of home. Whether you come for hiking, hunting, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, skiing, fishing, communing with nature or just plain escaping the normal grind, Beaver Creek Lodge offers the perfect home base. Today, that vision is continued by Bob's children, who invite you to come experience Tug Hill and Beaver Creek Lodge.

Rental Policy

Payment
A 50% deposit plus refundable $100 security deposit is needed to secure a rental period. Once a verbal commitment is given we will hold the rental dates for 7 days while a check or money order is forwarded. The balance of the rental is due 30 days prior to the start date of your rental.

All rentals require a refundable $100 security deposit which will be returned within 2 weeks after completion of the rental period provided no damages or excessive cleaning fees are incurred.

Cancellation Policy
We do not refund for any reason. We will reschedule your reservation, provided you give us at least 14 days notice. If you cancel less than 14 days before your reservation, and we are unable to rent the lodge for that period, you will forfeit your reservation. Rescheduling must be done within 13 months.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates are for up to 8 adults. If more than 8 adults, additional $30 extra per person per night. Pets are an additional $20 per night.

2 night minimum stay for weekend rentals, 3 night minimum stay for holiday weekends.

$100 refundable security deposit required. One time $50 cleaning fee and 5% Lewis County occupancy tax also applies.
