A large circular drive, beautiful gardens and large mesmerizing waterfalls welcome you to the lushly planted grounds of this private home.

You will enjoy total relaxation in the tranquility, the extremely private fully-enclosed property, as well as the first-class amenities.

Immaculately decorated throughout, this home features a large wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, three large bedrooms, and three full bathrooms...the large master suite has an extra large double shower, huge tub, double sinks and its own TV/DVD. The living room has a large TV and stereo with DVD and CD. Cable includes HBO. High speed wireless internet access is also included.

The three bedrooms (with king-size, queen-size, and two twin beds), sleep six comfortably. Just beyond the spacious living room’s floor to ceiling picture windows are the beautiful outdoor pool area and large spa: a perfect setting for relaxing, sunbathing or entertaining.

Golf, restaurants and shopping are within a few minutes walk of this first-class South Palm Springs home. And walking in this inviting neighborhood is a delight-- Deepwell has mature, lush landscaping and as many palm trees as you can imagine.

Other destinations within five minutes are Palm Springs resorts, downtown shops and fine restaurants, more golf courses, tennis courts, art galleries, casinos, and nightlife. The famous swiveling Tram just 10 minutes away will whisk you to 10,000 feet for fine dining with incredible views and get in as much alpine hiking as you like.

Restrictions: No Pets, Parties, Loud Noise, or Indoor Smoking. Occupancy limited to number of guests booked at all times. Quiet hours 10 pm- 8 am. Rates are subject to change until booked. All reservations are final.

Add 11.5% tax and $150 cleaning. $500 credit card security deposit.

Week minimum and Sunday- Sunday only for Thanksgiving, Xmas, and New Years.

Other dates 2 night minimum weekends and 3 night minimum Sun- Thu.

May 1-Sep 17: $229.00/night Sun- Thu, $645.00/2 night weekend, $1,395.00/week.

Sep 18-Dec 17: $259.00/night Sun- Thu, $695.00/2 night weekend, $1,695.00/week. Thanksgiving $1995/week and week minimum.

Dec 18-Apr 30: $319.00/night Sun- Thu, $795.00/2 night weekend, $1,995.00/week. Xmas and New Years are each a week minimum.

Rates INCLUDE linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen, High Speed Wireless Internet (WiFi Internet), Hot Tub, Swimming Pool maint. Add 11.5% tax. Some holidays higher. Week minimum: Coachella Music Festival, Memorial Day, July 4th. Optional pool heat $30-40/day (seasonal, no tax). Refundable $500 security deposit. Visa, Mastercard, Checks, Wires Accepted.
