*5 Bedrooms * 2 Baths * Pool & Spa * Sleeps 12 plus and infant in our crib.
*Location: 8 miles from Disney World, Florida;
*In the Center of all the Magic!!
*A single family home which was originally the builder’s model.
*Centrally air-conditioned.
* FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS. Just bring your PC and stay connected while you enjoy Mickey!
*Has its very own and very private screened in and heated swimming pool and spa, and outdoor dining area. For the safety of little Mousekateers, there is an alarm on the sliders to the pool area (that should help Mom relax).
*Contains 5 bedrooms, 3 dining areas, a full size eat-in kitchen, Great Room, 2 baths, including a large "kids apartment" with their own bedroom, family room with TV, and dining area. The master bedroom and bedroom #2 each have a queen bed, bedrooms #3 and #4 each have two twins, and bedroom #5 has a bunk bed which is full size on bottom and twin on top. In addition there is a full futon in the kids’ apartment. You can comfortably sleep 10 in beds, two on a futon, and an infant in our crib. Twin Palms bed configuration: Master = queen, bedroom 2 = queen, bedroom 3 = two twins, bedroom 4 = two twins, bedroom 5 = bunk (double below & twin above), plus crib.
*(Kids will enjoy their stay in the KIDS’ APARTMENT, with their very own bedrooms and game room, play and TV area, VCR, DVD, Disney Videos, toys, and more!)
*Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, dishes, pots, coffemaker, can opener, toaster, blender and all utensils.

• All our pools have a Southern exposure (Sunset Lake Home is SW) to insure continuous sunshine and warmth all the time!
• All homes have 4 TVS connected to cable (Sunset Lake Home has 3), VCR, DVD, CD & telephone answering machines.
• We personally oversee the readiness of our homes and assure you that our homes are meticulously clean.
• We share our expertise on all the parks. We provide a personal in-home orientation to all the attractions and the area, complete with special "tips” we’ve learned over the years. We provide you with the benefit of our years of living here, as well as with our personal experience in all the attractions, including the free ones you should not miss. We offer discount tickets to all the attractions at a discount well below gate prices.
• Our heated pool/spas are REALLY heated, with the pool temperature maintained at 86-88 degrees F, and the spa at 104 degrees F - and YOU control the selection with our simple to use "aqua switch." Others only maintain the spa at the same temperature as the pool.
• Our weekly fee for heating the pool is only $100, or you may select the luxury of both pool and spa heat for $125. If you select both pool and spa heat, we’ll attempt to maintain the pool temperature at 86 – 88 degrees, and if you select both pool and spa heat, the spa will rise to 104 degrees every time you simply push a button.
• Major grocery stores are located within less than a mile from all our homes.
• Major golf courses are nearby ALL homes.
• We provide everything you'll need for the little Mousekateers, including free cribs, strollers, highchairs, siderails, booster, etc.
