This superb five bedroom home is located in the exclusive gated community of Cypress Pointe, 5 minutes from Champions’ Gate and 2 minutes from Reunion Resort.

Cypress Pointe is a new community located just 5 minutes off I-4, which makes it an ideal base for enjoying all that Central Florida has to offer.

Disney is less than 15 minutes’ drive away, while the ever popular Highway 192 (Irlo Bronson Highway) is even closer - putting many amenities including dozens of popular restaurants practically on your doorstep. The convenient access to I-4 also puts you within 25 minutes of Universal Studios and the International Drive area with Sea World, Aquatica, Wet ‘n’ Wild and much more.

And don't forget the Orlando/Kissimmee area also has great shopping malls such as Mall at Millenia and the Florida Mall, factory outlets (Prime and Premium being two favorites), plus dozens of golf courses. Not much further away are airboat rides, great beaches such as Clearwater and Cocoa, the Kennedy Space Center and more!

The property sleeps 12 and comes stocked with everything to make your stay more enjoyable, like TV’s in all the bedrooms with cable TV, pool table, foosball table, game console, free high speed internet access, free national calling and so much more. The property is beautifully furnished and elegantly decorated.

The living room has a 42” LCD TV with a 3 seater and two 2 seater couches. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance you’ll need. There’s seating for 8 at the dining table and bar stools to accommodate your needs. The house comes with its own games room where you can play Pool or Foosball, watch a DVD or play video games on the 42” LCD.

Our Florida vacation home has 5 spacious bedrooms, perfect for large groups and family vacations and providing all the luxuries, comfort and flexibility at an affordable price. The elegant master bedroom has a King size bed and a 32” LCD TV. And after a long day at the parks, take a soak in the master bathroom’s garden tub. The master bathroom has a private entrance to the pool area.

The second bedroom also has a King size bed and a 32”LCD TV for your enjoyment. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed and the fourth and fifth bedrooms each have two twin beds. Every bedroom in our holiday home has a TV.

In the two car garage you will also find a washer and dryer for your convenience.

And finally, we have a fabulous upgraded 15x30 pool and spa. The pool area has a patio table in the lanai that’s the perfect place to have a cup of tea or coffee or a drink in the evening. You’ll love the scenic backdrop, where raccoons and other local wildlife can be seen.

Rental Policy

Booking - directly with the owners.

Please note that Bookings are managed on the owner's behalf through a local management company, who will collect your initial deposit and the balance of your costs 30 days prior to your arrival date. There is no cost to you for this, but the services of the management company are available 24/7.

A $250 deposit is required at the time of reservation which is non refundable. A credit card number must be given for all reservations to act as a security deposit. This credit card number will be charged if items are stolen &/or damaged.

Full payment for rental is required no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival date. If paying by credit card, your card will be charged at this time unless other arrangements are made. If payment is not received, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties: More than 8 weeks before arrival date = $250 non-refundable deposit. 4 - 8 weeks before arrival date = 50% of fee is non-refundable. 2 - 4 weeks before arrival date = 75% of fee is non refundable. Cancellation within 2 weeks of arrival date - no refund available.

Arrival
Check-in is after 4pm and Check-out is 10am. Guests may arrange to arrive earlier or leave later if the villa is empty by prior arrangement only.

Guests should thoroughly check our home on arrival and report any problems or deficiencies to the Management Company within 24 hours of arrival.

Occupancy
Guests using our home are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay and the cost of repair/replacement- please note that guest liability in this respect is not limited to the security deposit amount.

Maximum Occupancy - Twelve (12) persons

No Daily Cleaning Service unless by prior arrangement - $100 fee for mid stay clean.

Liabilities
Villa owner/agent does not accept liability for any injury, damage or loss sustained by any member of your party or by any person(s) entering our home during your rental period. You are advised to take out adequate travel insurance for all members of your party.

The owner/agents do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to your property, for death, or injury sustained by any member of the party. Do not allow unsupervised children to use the pool, spa, garage or any such areas. Items such as clothes, toys etc. must not be left in the spa.

The Pool Safety fence must be kept in place at all times for the safety of children.

All doors and windows must be closed whenever you are not on the premises and/or if the Air Conditioning is turned on. The security bar on the patio doors must be used when leaving the property or overnight.

Safety and Security
Due to state fire regulations, under no circumstances may more than the maximum numbers of persons identified on the booking form occupy the property. Children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES whilst in the pool area. No diving is allowed. Clients should exercise extra caution on wet surfaces. The pool is used entirely at the guests own risks. Glass is not permitted in the pool area; plastic glasses are provided.
