Beach Bliss is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd floor condo, that comfortably sleeps 8, with 1 King, 2 Full sized beds, and a full sized futon. This unit has everything you need and may want like, Free Wireless High Speed Internet, Airconditioning, Heating, Linens, 3 TVS with cable, VCRs, DVDs, Radio / CD player, Tennis Raquets, A fully equipped Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender etc. It also has a large balcony overlooking the pool and tennis court, laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, iron and much more.
Rental Policy
Our rental is restricted to families or mature adults. GROUPS ARE NOT ALLOWED! These include fraternities, sororities, high school or college age singles, etc. If a group is found in a unit the rental agreement will be voided and the renters must vacate immediately. NO REFUND OF RENT OR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE MADE.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your reservation, we must have 30 days notice to return the advanced rent. A cancellation fee of 10% of the advanced rent will be collected on any reservation canceled 30 days before check-in. No refund will be made on cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your check-in date.
In the event of a hurricane, you may expect a refund only in the case of mandatory evacuation by local civil defense authorities
Arrival Times
Check in 2pm, Check out 10 am Accommodations, when possible, may be made for early arrival and/or late departure. The charge for early check in and/or late checkout is half the nightly rental rate for the unit. A late checkout charge will be assessed if cleaning crews must move a guest(s) from a unit.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
PAYMENT: Payment may be made by cash, personal check, or by PayPal in U.S. funds. Until reservation is confirmed, rates may change without notice
3 night minimum, Weekend rate applies to Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Weekly is Saturday to Saturday. Half of the rent will hold your reservation, remainder due 21 days before check in. $200 Refundable Security Deposit will be held until unit is inspected and cleaned.
Please add 10.5% for Lodging Tax and $75 cleaning fee.
