Luxury clean 4 drm, 3 ba (2 with steam units) HOT TUB house located on 2 private landscaped acres on the Upper Truckee River in So. Lake Tahoe at the foot of Echo Summit. Includes all linens & towels.

Property Details

This luxury home is beautifully furnish to entertain up to 13+ guests. The home is professionally cleaned after each use including the HOT TUB is drained and sanitized. The kitchen is fully equipped with Microwave oven, gas stove/oven, frig with filtered water ice maker, dishwasher, filtered water at kitchen sink. Each of the four bedrooms and familyroom has TV with all Dish Network premium movie channels. The livingroom opens to the kitchen and family room creating a great entertainment area. The family room includes a gas thermostatically controlled fireplace, two leather recliners, one leather double recliner couch, one leather queen hide-a-bed, TV, VCR, DVD, CD player. A bathroom is adjacent to the family room and exits to the HOT TUB on the rear deck. The telephone system consists of four handsets with unlimited local and domestic long distance calling. Wireless internet is also available. A complete laundy room is fully equipt.
