Property Description

This house with a private swimming pool has three bedrooms and two and half baths and sleeps 6-9 comfortably. A short walk to the beach, golf and tennis makes this a great family vacation or perfect for that foursome on a golf getaway!

Main Floor
Fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, ice maker, sink with disposal. Granite counter tops. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove, pots and pans and utensils to cook gourmet meals as well as an outdoor gas grill.
Kitchen has breakfast bar and stools.
Laundry room with washer and dryer.
Large 6 chair dining room table.
Living room with fireplace has one queen sofa bed, love seat sofa, 46" flat screen HD television with cable, DVD and boombox.
High-speed wireless internet access throughout the house.
Access to screened in porch with two comfy chairs with ottomans, reading lamp and dining table.
Master suite with king bed and large walk-in closet. Flat screen LCD Television w/DVD, full bath, tub and two sinks.
Master has access to wooden deck with built-in benches, table and gas grill.
Access to private heated swimming pool with four lounge chairs. (Heat is extra!)

Second Floor
Queen bedroom with flat screen television. Private sink and vanity shares full bath with third bedroom.
Two twin beds and twin air mattress with flat screen television and DVD. Private sink and vanity shares full bath with Queen bedroom.
High-speed wireless internet access throughout the house.

Rental Policy

BOOKING POLICY

30% deposit required with signed contract within 14 days to reserve dates.
Remainder of balance due 60 days prior to visit.
$300 security deposit required as separate check at time balance is paid.
Signature of contract financially responsible for any damages to structure or contents exceeeding $300.
Final information and welcome kit sent once balance is paid.

Arrival Times

Check in time is 3 PM. Check out time is 10 AM. ($100 surcharge per hour for additional time.)

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

January and February Monthly rentals available

$100 Cleaning fee.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
Please add 10% SC accommodation tax.
Small dogs are $100 additional upon approval.
$500 propane fee to heat pool, subject to change based on propane prices. Must arrange ahead.
