Rental Policy

3.Linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests. Fresh linen and towels are provided once a week if your stay is longer than a week.

4. Damage and loss.
4.1 You have to pay for any damage caused during your stay which is beyond normal wear and tear.
4.2 The loss of the keys or if you leave and take the keys with you would be deduced from the damage deposit by 100 EUR (because locks should be changed too).
4.3 In case of damages the client will be added to international blacklist for other owners/companies to know.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

2 Payment.
2.1 A booking fee of 40% is paid beforehand. The booking fee is refundable 100% if canceled 14 days before the check in date and is not refundable if canceled less than 14 days before check in date.
2.2 The remainder is paid during check in in cash or on the spot through PayPal.
2.3 If deemed necessary by City Style Apartments LLC representative a damage deposit of 100EUR should be paid in cash on arrival. The damage deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage inflicted to the property
2.4 We accept PayPal, Moneybookers, bank transfers and cash payments. You can make a PayPal payment with one of the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Moneybookers payment can be made with: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express ,JCB, DinersClub and depending on your country with some additional payment methods.
