Set on the edge of the village of Kergrist just 5 miles from Pontivy, an impressive town with every amenity. 10 minutes drive to the enormous Lake Guerledan with sandy beaches, water sports and yet more great eating places. Culture, history, restaurants, and 3 differing coastlines with safe sandy beaches are nearby. Indoor tennis locally.

Rental Policy

The house is set up just for you. Exclusive, no shared facilities. There will be all you need in place, towels, linen and even table wine. We will clean up on your departure day, no extra charge.

Arrival Times

Arrival after 4pm on your first day, departure before 10 am on your day of departure

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

25% of the cost of your holiday is required as a deposit. Balance is payable 6 weeks before the holiday. Minimum stay one week. Discount on two weeks or more. Other currencies accepted.
