Part of sunny South Maui, the Wailea area (sometimes called "The Gold Coast of Maui"), enjoys the best year-round climate on the island by far for great hawaii vacations. Wailea Shopping Village and four hotels are within a short distance. One of Maui’s top restaurants, the 5 Palms Beach Grill and lounge is located on site right on the waterfront. Kahului airport is only twenty-five minutes away.
Our condo, on the top floor, commands a spectacular ocean and coastline view for wonderful Hawaii vacations. The vacation rentals condo contains 2 separate accommodations which can be rented together or separately. The "A" unit has a full kitchen, living room, master bedroom and bath with its own private view lanai. There are floor to ceiling soji screens which in the extended position can be used for privacy purposes to separate the master bedroom and the living room. The "B" unit is a small, cozy stand-alone private "hotel unit" with it’s own entrance, bathroom, bar-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, private telephone, small table and 2 chairs, cable TV and lovely ocean view, not a walk-out balcony. There is total privacy between these separate units with individual private entrances.
When rented together, this forms a fully furnished and equipped two bedroom, 2 bathroom top floor vacation rentals condominium including a complete full-size kitchen. Featured is a spectacular 180 degree ocean view and a private lanai or deck.
The maui condos building is very well appointed and located. In addition to the 2 mile stretch of uncrowded beach, there is also a swimming pool, beauty shop, apparel shop, convenience store and a fine restaurant. Soft entertainment is featured several nights a week. Tiki torches add to the evening atmosphere.
In addition to the many activities on site including spectacular whale-watching right from your own lanai, there are many other activities nearby for unforgettable hawaii vacations. Golf is available at Wailea, Makena and Silversword courses. Tennis is also available. As is surfing, windsurfing (at Paia), snorkeling, whale watching and other water based activities.
For your shopping and dining convenience, in addition to the facilities on site, you are within a short distance of the Wailea Shopping Village as well four hotels. Kihei, just up the coast, offers more extensive facilities including supermarkets, shops, restaurants, movie theaters and other entertainment opportunities.

BOOKING
We require a deposit equal to ½ of the rental fee at the time of booking with the balance due 60 days before occupancy.
(For Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years bookings full payment is required 90 days before occupancy.)
CANCELLATION
Note: all refunds are subject to a $75.00 cancellation charge.
You will receive a full refund if you cancel before the 60 or 90 day deadline, less our standard $75.00 cancellation fee.
Refunds after the 60 or 90 day deadline will be subject to the following conditions:
If we successfully re-rent the time you have booked, and we make every effort in this regard, you will also receive a full refund less the usual charges as indicated above.
If we are unsuccessful in re-renting your time period, you may re-book the accommodation on an imminent basis (within one month prior to your stay), using your earlier payment as credit.
As an alternative, you may also choose a unit in one of our other locations on the same imminent basis. We want to be fair and want to avoid your losing your deposit if you have to cancel your trip.
There will be no refunds on or after the date of arrival. Throughout the stay, if a problem exists or develops, the renter has the responsibility to advise the owner so that action can be taken as quickly as reasonably possible.
