The Molokai Suite is a peaceful studio ocean view condominium unit located at the beautiful beachfront Royal Kahana Resort, nestled between West Maui’s world-class resort destinations of Kaanapali and Kapalua. The unit maintains an "A" rating in Outrigger's rental program. The tile and carpet have recently been remodeled.

Enjoy spectacular views of the island of Molokai and Lanai from the property. Come whale watch from your own private balcony overlooking Molokai from the months of December through May.

This property features free parking for one vehicle, as well as an outdoor heated pool, barbecues, cabana, fitness center, tennis courts, sauna, and activity center. Newly remodeled stunning ocean view lobby area with tropical decor.

Rental Policy

Policies ::
**Rates and availability are subject to change without prior notice until 50% deposit is received. Your reservation will not be held until deposit is confirmed.**

Deposit Policy :: A fifty percent (50%) deposit of the total reservation amount including taxes and surcharges (if any) is required to hold your reservation. The balance is due no less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund of deposit (minus bank fees) will be given if cancellation of confirmed reservation is received more than forty-five (45) days prior to arrival date. If notice is given less than forty-five (45) days prior to arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Holiday Policy - Ninety (90) days notice is required for any deposit refunds during holiday periods. Bank fees may still apply.

Arrival Times

Check in time is after 3pm. Please notify us in advance if you need an early check-in. We will do our best to accommodate such requests. Check out time is before 12pm on the date of departure. Late check out may be available upon request with advance notice at an additional charge.
