This part of Kreuzberg is a very friendly and safe area right in the center of Berlin.
Casa Viktoria is located right the foot of wonderful jungle-like Viktoria Park with one of Berlin's highest hills and it's famous waterfall. It gives you an amazing view over the whole city - please don't miss the sunset view!
The vibrant Bergmanstrasse and Marheinekeplatz with their almost Mediterranean flair are just around the corner and give you a great starting point for exploring the city. The area is known for its great restaurants and authentic Berlin spirit. Kreuzberg is where the locals go!

Several major subway and bus lines bring you to Berlin-Mitte and all major touristic areas in 15-20 minutes. Potsdamer Platz is also very nearby as well as Friedrichstraße and Kurfürstendamm.

The apartment is a wonderful place to stay in.
11.5ft (3.50m) high ceilings with wonderful stucco in all rooms, unique antique wooden floors, beautiful wooden doors and two amazing decorational ovens give the sunny apartment a flair of a little town palace.

Minimum stay is 3 nights.
The price is for one guest.
We charge €10 per night for each extra guest.
There is a final cleaning fee of €30 or €40 for more than two guests.
