Our fully furnishd ski condo is bright and open, on the second floor, sleeps 8, and is located 2 miles from the Winter Park Ski area on the free ski shuttle route. (Neighboring 2-2 bedroom condos also available for rent. Each unit sleeps six-eight). Our condo rental and neighbors are close together in the same building for that family reunion get together. The free shuttle bus picks you up right in front of the condo, during ski season to the resort. It has been recently updated with new furniture and appliances. Spend your evenings in front of a cozy wood burning fireplace, enjoying the comforts of home. Our 2nd floor end unit, offers panoramic views of the Continental Divide, a convenient yet secluded location and easy access to an endless variety of activities.

The rental amount is due 45 days prior to your arrival.
We accept checks, cashiers checks, money orders or bank wires.
$65 cleaning/housekeeping fee to all stays 6 nights or less.
We pay the cleaning/housekeeping on weekly rentals.
3 night minimum.
