This home will feel like a mountain lodge with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the mountain scenery and peaceful serenity. It features a stunning great room with beautiful rock fireplace, 42" flat screen TV, surround sound speakers, vaulted ceilings and windows throughout.

The large, fully equipped gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and snacks with ease. Complete table settings including dishes, utensils and glassware for 20.

Our large game room features a pool table, game table and entertainment center with a 42” HDTV and 5 speaker surround sound for watching the game or your favorite movies.

Downstairs you'll find a third sitting area to hang out, relax or watch TV on a 3rd 42" HDTV with an Xbox system and assortment of games.

Master Bedroom has a king size bed, large closet, flat screen TV, built in speakers and outdoor deck. The master bath has a double sink, jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

The remaining bedrooms are all equipped with brand new, upgraded mattresses so that you can sleep in comfort away after a day on the slopes, golf course or biking/hiking trails.

The outside patio has seating for six, a gas grill and an inviting outdoor hot tub. This house also has a 2 car attached garage that is accessible for all guests during their stay.

We have a full size washer and dryer as well as wireless internet access.

Summertime is a perfect time to enjoy the great outdoors in Breckenridge. In the summer, our spacious yard is full of wildflowers and has plenty of room to relax and play. The backyard is fenced and secure for pets.

The streets are quiet and safe for walks, hikes and bike riding – even for little ones. For more advanced riders, you can connect to a 55 mile network of asphalt, non-motorized pathways that link Breckenridge with Frisco, Dillon, Vail and Keystone.
