Situated on a beautiful 3/4 acre private view golf course lot on a quiet cul de sac with tall pines and distant views of the ski slopes at Diamond Peak. This fabulous vacation rentals home is located on the 15th tee of the Incline Village Championship Golf Course. Sounds of a nearby stream add to the ambiance. A spacious executive vacation home, it features 5 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths and delightful scenery from all 3 decks and every window. This vacation rentals home is fully furnished down to the linens and spice rack! It is a magical setting. There is a spectacular Alpine view from every window in the home.

A bridge leads you to the front door where you step into a lovely chandelier-lit foyer and then two steps down into the living room with large stone fireplace, stereo system, DVD, VCR, 27" TV, Wurlitzer console piano, comfortable seating including luxurious leather recliner. The living room also has a wet bar.

To the left you find the spacious and friendly kitchen, completely equipped. The center "L" shaped Jennaire glass top cooking center seats 5 around the counter, so the cook can chat with guests while he or she prepares the meals. Washer and dryer are off the kitchen and a glass door leads from the kitchen to a lovely view deck. The kitchen deck has a new 6 person hot tub complete with Surround Sound, AM, FM & CD.

The entire vacation rentals home is filled with original art of Tahoe and the Southwest.

Next to the kitchen there is a formal dining room, which goes out to another large deck going across the entire back of the home. The dining room has a fantastic view from the sliding doors as well as from a large window on the left. The New Dining Room Table Seats 12! The vistas of distant mountains, golf course, pine trees are inspiring from every room. A great feeling of space is felt looking out from this lovely home.

To the right you find the guest bath and master suite. The master bedroom is spacious with a sliding door to the deck. It has its own color TV. Louvered doors open to the large 2 person Jacuzzi and the master bath has a beautifully tiled shower with handicap bar and seat, double sinks as well as a private door to the commode. Two walls of the master bath are mirrored, including a full wall mirror over the Jacuzzi.

There is a mezzanine over the living room which has a queen size futon as well as a comfortable couch. There is also a wet bar and library wall complete with a variety of books to read. On the same level there are two queen bedrooms, lovely bath, double sinks, and a separate door to private commode and tub-shower. The linen closet is completely furnished with linens and towels. Also in this same mezzanine area is a ladder loft to the 5th bonus bedroom with 4 twin beds. (children love this one!)

On the same 2nd level, there is a 630 sq. ft high beamed ceiling Private Suite which includes another private full bath, sitting room with couch, love seat, recliner, coffee table, color television. It also has one king sized bed and two twin sized beds plus game table. This beautiful view room looks out on the 15th tee, has a private deck and a two burner stove unit with sink and frig below. The high dramatic view windows going up to the beams feature the tall pines and the beauty of the outdoors.

The bonus room, which is actually serves as the 5th bedroom, goes up to a third story from the previously mentioned mezzanine area with a pull-down ladder staircase and is a young people's delight. It is a fully carpeted, comfortable 17 foot room with track lighting, 4 separate top of the line twin sized beds (with lovely bedding) and two view windows. Lots of privacy for the young people. No bathroom up there. They come right down the ladder-staircase for the bathroom, which is between the two bedrooms on the second floor.

This vacation rentals home uses hydronic heating which is a circulating hot water system, the healthiest and most comfortable way of heating for this Alpine area. It is very efficient.

We look forward to hearing from you soon so that you can have the special time you need for your vacation. Summer and Christmas holiday bookings are a minimum of one week. We offer nice discounts for off-season periods and do not require the one-week minimum stay.

Rental Policy

IMPORTANT!
In fairness to ALL our vacationers we must insist, NO PETS of any kind. Some folks have severe pet allergies and would experience extreme discomfort from pet residue.

NOTE: Anyone bringing a pet into the house or grounds will be charged for any costs incurred for professional cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing as required. Please! This is a serious issue!

Arrival Times

Check-in time is 4:00 PM or later. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

We regret we can only offer 2 day weekend reservations on a short term basis. Consequently all 2 day weekend reservations will only be accepted within 10 days of your expected arrival.

BOOKING

We require a deposit equal to ½ of the rental fee at the time of booking with the balance due 60 days before occupancy.
(For Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years bookings full payment is required 90 days before occupancy.)

CANCELLATION

Note: all refunds are subject to a $75.00 cancellation charge.

You will receive a full refund if you cancel before the 60 or 90 day deadline, less our standard $75.00 cancellation fee.

Refunds after the 60 or 90 day deadline wil be subject to the following conditions:

If we successfully re-rent the time you have booked, and we make every effort in this regard, you will also receive a full refund less the usual charges as indicated above.

If we are unsuccessful in re-renting your time period, you may re-book the accomodation on an imminent basis (within one month prior to your stay), using your earlier payment as credit.

As an alternative, you may also choose a unit in one of our other locations on the same imminent basis. We want to be fair and want to avoid your losing your deposit if you have to cancel your trip.

There will be no refunds on or after the date of arrival. Throughout the stay, if a problem exists or develops, the renter has the responsibility to advise the owner so that action can be taken as quickly as reasonably possible.

A refundable security deposit of $300 is required and can be held by credit card or check. You will incur no extra charges unless we are billed for additional cleaning charges or there is loss or damage to the home or to fixtures or furniture or there are long distance phone calls. We will, of course, notify you of any additional charges..
