2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom located in North Fort Myers, Florida. North Fort Myers, Florida is located just minutes from dining, entertainment, and most importantly the beautiful Florida beaches.

When you enter the condo, you walk into a very bright, well light kitchen with refrigerator, oven/stove, and over the range microwave. The corian-like countertops and the cabinets are stocked with cookware, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, and various sized drinking glasses. The dishwasher is brand new. There is also a blender for making smoothies, milkshakes, or adult frozen beverages. Toaster and coffee maker also occupy the counter top. There is a dining room table with four barstools.

The living room has Italian leather couch, loveseat, and single oversized chair. There is an end table and a large center coffee table big enough for a board game or card game. The TV is in a beautiful armoire which has a DVD player and many DVD’s to choose.

The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with soft sheets, comforter, and pillows. There is a full size dresser with night stand and plenty of room to spare. The master bathroom has a solid surface sink and a shower big enough for two. The closet has been redesigned to maximize storage. The master bedroom is carpeted.

The guest bedroom contains a full size bed with brand new mattress, soft sheets, comforter, and pillows. The guest closet also has been redesigned to maximize storage space. The guest bathroom has solid surface sinks and a bathtub with shower.

The back porch has been has been re-screened and over looks the heated pool. All of the windows and slider have been replaced with PGT Impact Resistant Glass which almost eliminates outside noise. The entire condo besides the master bedroom has tile throughout. The A/C unit is only 3 years old and works great. The entire condo has been re-painted and carpets have been cleaned. The washer, dryer, and water heater are brand new.

Electric, water, association fees, and cable are included in the monthly rent.

Dates currently available are 4/2009 – 11/2009, but no longer than 4 months total can this condo be rented. The condo has to be rented out for a minimum of 60 days or 2 calendar months per the association board. Currently $1200 a month with security deposit is being offered.
