This is a wonderfully remodeled Hilton Head Cabana townhouse with all the amenities needed for your entire family! The unit is well equipped with FREE high speed internet access (in case you have to be in touch with work or the outside world), baby supplies, toys, games, a stocked kitchen, and very comfortable bedding.

The complex is conveniently located with direct beach access right across the street. It is a very easy 3 minute walk to a great beach (no walking through wooded paths). In addition, you have a 5 – 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza (a large retail complex with shops, restaurants, and more), a 5 minute walk to Van Der Meer Tennis Center, and a 10 minute walk to the waterpark. In addition to this great central location, once inside the Hilton Head Cabanas complex you will find a quiet, family friendly environment where your family can play in the courtyard, swim in the pool, or have a cookout.

The downstairs area of the condo offers an open floor plan, with an eating bar between the kitchen and dining room area. The dining room table seats 4 people with additional seating for 2 others at the bar. The family room is equipped with a tv, dvd player, and stereo. Here you will also find a half bathroom for your convenience. The entry way and kitchen have an easy to clean tile floor; whereas the dining and living areas have comfortable brand new carpet. Sliding glass doors lead you to the large back patio with nice new brick pavers, and the landscaped courtyard. Within a gated area in the center of the courtyard, you will find a large pool with a nice new brick paver deck, covered patio area, and adjoining kid’s pool.

Since we as owners love to cook (even on vacation), you will find the kitchen well stocked with a coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster oven, full set of pots & pans, and wide variety of cooking utensils. This unit has a new dishwasher and stove, and contains a large stackable washer and dryer, making it easy to do your laundry.

Since a good night's sleep is something everyone looks forward to on vacation, we think you will be quite comfortable in the spacious master bedroom upstairs, which has a Simmons Beautyrest Pillowtop king size bed. The room also has a ceiling fan, large dresser, spacious closet, two night stands, and a tv with cable.

The large guest bedroom upstairs is also well-equipped with two new double beds, a dresser, a nightstand, plenty of closet space, and a tv with cable.

Upstairs there is also a full, updated tile bathroom with tub and shower as well as brand new carpeting throughout the rest of the floor.

For the past five years, our family has enjoyed vacationing in Hilton Head, staying at various areas on the Island. We loved vacationing here so much that we decided to make it our home away from home. We settled in the Forest Beach area because of its close proximity to Coligny Plaza (with some of our favorite island spots like Java Joe's, the ice cream shop, and The Art Cafe), easy beach access, and wonderful bike/walking trails. We have done our best to ensure the condo meets the needs of our family and yours, and hope you will stay here year after year!

Rental Policy

No pets allowed. Renters must be 25 years of age. No smoking.

Check in at 3 pm. Checkout at 11 am.
