Property Description

Superb 4 bedroom townhouse in a gated community near to Disney World and attractions . Resort includes a 2and a half acre pool complex with lazy river , heated pools , waterslide and hot tub , gym , beauty salon , clubhouse and games room.

Property Details

Our home is a two-storey town house with upstairs master bed en-suite with new pillow-top king size bed , walk in closet with safe , ceiling fan and tv . Two twin bedrooms ( one with new pillow-top mattresses), both with built in closets , and a full bathroom .Further en-suite bedroom downstairs with new pillow-top queen size bed , large closet and ceiling fan.( new beds 2010 )
The large home from home lounge area has a ceiling fan , large flat screen cable tv and dvd player .
Dining area . Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine .
There is also a washer/dryer , vacuum cleaner , iron , ironing board and hairdryer .
There is a further cloakroom downstairs .
The house is fully air-conditioned and only a few minutes walk from the pool . We find it very quiet at night .
Walking distance to a Publix supermarket , Applebees Restaurant , Indian , Japanese and Chinese Eateries & a Pizza parlour, 2 banks . A huge Walmart is a mere 5 minute drive away , with fast food outlets -KFC, Taco Bell etc , and numerous eating places along Highway 192 - 5 mins drive . Food served all day at the Clubhouse adjacent to the pool .
There is an internet cafe with computers available on a pay as you go basis , or free wi-fi if you bring your own laptops.
Large screen showing sports events in bar . 24 hour reception.
There are many golf courses in the near vicinity - the closest being at Highlands Reserve next door -(18 hole par 72 )

Rental Policy

No smoking
Rentals may start on any day.
A $10 per day fee (per house) is levied by the resort for pool use etc.
A deposit is taken at check in - fully refundable if no damage has occurred.

Arrival Times

16.00 check in 10.00 check out - extended check outs may be arranged with owner at time of booking

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Xmas 2010 $130 per night . 20% non-refundable deposit on booking, balance payable 8 weeks before.
Minimum stay 2 nights. Cleaning charge of $85 to be added for stays of 5 nights or less .The resort charges $10 per day ( per home ) for the use of facilities .These rates are inclusive of Florida Sales Tax.
