The new full-size kitchen has a washer & dryer and the condo has comfortable furnishings with cable TV in each of the bedrooms and the living room and DVD/VCR. This building has a minimum 7 day rental and has a heated swimming pool on the beach with a BBQ area for cooking out on. Beautiful sunsets can be viewed from the pool area and beach.
John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is a great place to eat, drink, shop or just take a stroll.
Madeira Beach is located on the Gulf of Mexico. Nearby attractions include: Busch Gardens (30 miles), Disney (90 miles), Lots of water activities (boat cruises, fishing, jet-sking, para-sailing), Nearby sporting venues/teams (Rays, Bucs, Lightning).

There is a $200 security deposit required at time of booking.
Minimum weekly rental. Discounted rates may apply to stays greater than a week.
