This secluded 2700 sq. ft. chalet-styled home, with scenic views of Kentucky Lake from almost every room and the wrap-around deck, sits on almost 2 wooded acres. Located in a quiet, residential area with a private swimming\boat dock on deep water, you can watch the sun rise over the lake, enjoy the surrounding nature, or go fishing or boating. There is a boat ramp nearby for those that want to bring their own, or rent one for the day and have it brought directly to the dock!

Terrific for families or groups of friends that want peace and serenity, to enjoy the world-class crappie and bass fishing, or take advantage of the natural wonders of the Land Between the Lakes (LBL).

On the main level, the living room boasts Italian leather furniture and two stories of windows to take in the “best views of the lake”. The open concept flows into the dining area and fully stocked kitchen. There is also a full bath and a large bedroom with 2 queen beds. The wrap around deck is a great gathering place to relax and enjoy the views or barbeque.

The upper level has a large loft area with more scenic views. It’s a terrific area for the kids to play games, watch TV, or to read a book. The loft has a queen size sleeper sofa that converts this into another semi-private bedroom. The master bedroom and bathroom with slate tiles and large shower, are also on the upper level. From this bedroom, you can experience the sun rising over the lake – fantastic!

The lower level is sure to please, with a full size game room complete with a full size pool table and an oak bar with leather bar chairs. There is also a TV nook for watching “the big game” or DVDs. Also on the lower level is a full bathroom and private bedroom with a queen size sleigh bed. Walk out to the lower-level patio (covered by the upper deck) to more seating outside.

The property sleeps up to 10 (4 queen size beds and 1 queen sofa bed), 3 full bathrooms (two have tubs, one has a large shower), a full kitchen with all the amenities, and a game room complete with a pool table, bar and leather bar chairs. In full, there are 3 living\ seating areas, upper level deck and lower level patio.

Cable TV on separate channels (i.e. you can watch different channels in separate rooms!), DVD player, high-speed internet access (wired or wireless) and phone.

There are board games, cards, and bikes available to tour the neighborhood. As stated, there is a boat ramp less than ¼ mile away and you can tie your boat up to the dock. If you don’t have a boat, arrangements can be made for daily\weekly rental of pontoon, speed, or fishing boats!

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Located close to the Land Between the Lakes (LBL) recreational area. 13 miles to Murray University.
Weekly and monthly rental only.
$300 refundabl security\damage deposit.
$130 non-refundable cleaning deposit.
50% rental deposit due at signing of Rental Agreement; 50% due 30 days prior to arrival date. See rental agreement for further information.
