These studios are BRAND NEW. The bedroom has a king-sized bed with pillow top mattress and duvet, nightstand, dresser, and 42in LCD TV. Despite being a studio this room can be closed off from the remainder of the unit by a sliding wood door. The living room has a leather sleeper sofa, coffee and end table, and 42in LCD TV. The kitchenette comes equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, stove top, and microwave. The bathroom has granite counters and a steam shower.
