Our lovely Maui Condo is a middle unit on the ground floor with parking space at the door. Walk
to the sandy beach, dip into a pool/Spa in our resort property or enjoy the Sunset views while you BBQ. under the cabana . Few minutes away you will get to the famous restaurants , shopping center { Whaler’ `Lahaina , Boating activities , Golf , Tennis. Just a walking distance to convenience stores ` Food market~ Take out ~ Farmers market . Maui have many breath`take places to be visited . We host to many couples and family’s . Rental Policy

Payment Policy:
A $250 deposit is required to hold your reservation. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation, refunds are made only if the unit can be re-rented for your time period , an alternative you can made a new reservation upon availability.

Check out time 11:00 am , check-in is 2:00 pm. If you have an evening flight, late checkout can be pre-booked for ½ the nightly rate.

House Rules:
A full listing of the House Rules pertaining to the condo is located in a blue binder left open on the dining table when you enter the unit upon check in . Please review this House Rules as there my be Warnings followed by penalties if violated.

Damage/Loss Policy
The unit is individually owned and decorated. Please do not remove linens, dishes or others items from the unit. Guest are liable for additional charge resulting from any damage. We make every effort to ensure that all equipment is in working order. In event of breakdown, we will strive to repair it as soon as possible after being notified of the problem . We can not guarantee that a TV, appliances , etc.. will not break down during your stay and therefore, no refund or adjustment will be made for mechanical failure.

Keys/Lockout Policy:
Your check instructions with a key-code release request form will be provided to you before tour arrival. It is your responsibility to bring this information with you. In the event the guess is locked out of the unit during the rental period, the guest may call the emergency number provided in the request form, for assistance, and an agent will meet the guest at the unit. There will be a $20.00 charge for this service , and this is due at the time service is rendered. There will be a $20.00 charge for any lost keys.

For the comfort of our guests the Complex and the unit has a no-smoking, no-pet policy.
