Do you have a large group and need a 2nd home? We own another home next to this one, with the same quality craftsmanship, same interior layout with a huge covered porch that wraps around 3 sides of the house. (See 1 photo of house on this website, email owner for additional photo's.)

This house is in the desirable resort called Ocean Lakes. Only 200 yards and you'll be feeling the sand at your feet! Don't just rent a house with a great beach front, rent a house in an award winning resort that has so much to do for all ages. You will never hear the kids say 'We're bored'. For the older teens- rent a golf cart and cruise the strip at night, play volleyball, basketball, ping pong and free mini golf tournaments. Try Surf Camp and learn to surf. For the little ones- enroll them in Kamp Starfish, a half day morning camp with planned activities at a very resonable price. Take them to the indoor/outdoor pools, especially the kiddie pool that has mounted squirt guns, waterfalls and overflowing water that falls from above them as they stand under it. So much fun! Daily arts & crafts and ceramics await tehm. For every age- enjoy BINGO, The Price is Right, Name that Tune, Karaoke, free mini golf tournaments and horseshoe tournaments.

OVERSIZED DECKING- Enjoy the huge lower deck which is 20' x 40'. This deck has a table and chairs to sit out and enjoy and 2 large rocking chairs.
12' x 40' of this deck has an overhang and can be enjoyed if it rains. Both decks have upgraded vinyl white railings.

UPPER DECKING- Enjoy the view from above- this upper deck is 10' x 40' and has chairs and a small table. This deck is fully covered overhead.


KITCHEN- All the amenities you will need for your cooking needs:

GREAT ROOM- Beautiful new furniture, beach deco, make this room a gathering place for all. Beautiful crown molding complete this room. The couch is a pull out queen size bed with an upgraded mattress.
