This spacious 3000 sq.ft. 5 bdrm, 3.5 ba. home is about 2.5 mi. from the beach at Bethany Beach. There is terrific gameroom with full size ping pong table, combination game table with foosball & air hockey, and a game table that converts for poker!!

This spacious 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is just a short drive from the beach at Bethany Beach and is directly across from the beautiful 27 hole public golf course at Bear Trap Dunes.
This home is a great place for families or friends to vacation together. It is luxurious and spacious and has a terrific game room for fun together in the evenings.
The game room has a full size ping pong table, a combination game table with foosball and air hockey and a game table which converts to a poker table. This room also has comfortable seating for conversation or for TV watching on the large widescreen TV.
There is a king canopy bed in the master suite which has a TV sitting area and a large luxurious master bath.
There are 2 rooms each with a queen bed and adjoining full bath.
There is 1 room with 2 twin beds and connecting to a full bath.
There is a room with 2 sets of bunk beds plus a trundle.
There is also a queen sleep sofa in the office on the first floor.
The kitchen is gourmet with a cooktop island, ice maker refrig and a double oven.
There is a formal dining room with seating for 14.
There is a formal living room with conversational seating.
There is a large deck with bar seating and overlooking a community pond.
The COMMUNITY SWIMMING POOL is just a short walk from the deck.(Pool passes are included with the rental).
This house accommodates a group of 14 or 15 comfortably and is great for family reunions.
Located not far from the Delaware state beaches as well as Ocean City, Md. and the outlet shopping at Rehoboth Beach, this house is centrally located from beautiful beaches as well as restaurants and shopping as well as fishing and boating .
