Located between 2 gorgeous lakes. Lake Windermere and Columbia Lake. Columbia Lake is great for water skiing.


Specific Rental Conditions
The 1800 sq/ft main floor of a house is located at the 1st, 10th tee box, driving range and practice green.
There is a screened room off the kitchen that is great for late night socializing. We also have a huge deck!
There are tenants in the basement so the noise has to be kept to a respectable level.
The house is directed towards families and smaller groups that want to enjoy the fabulous golf, mountains, lakes natural hot springs or just relax!

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Payment and Cancellation Policies
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer and PayPal
We know situations arise. If you have to cancel we will do what ever we can to try and book another date. We want your experience to be as pleasant, stress free and relaxing as possible!
