Family Room
The beautifully furnished family room has a 3 seater sofa, love seat and armchair. There is also cable television, DVD with selection of family dvd's, Hi-Fi, and ceiling fan. The family room looks directly onto the shady lanai and pool which can be accessed from the patio doors.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen is fully fitted and comes complete with all modern appliances i.e. dishwasher, fridge-freezer with ice maker, cooker, microwave etc. etc. All the cooking utensils you will require are also provided along with all place settings and even a teapot!! Plastic ware is also provided for using around the pool area, so you can enjoy a cool drink while soaking up the Florida sunshine. There is also a table with seating for eight. There is a telephone which is free for local calls but long distance and International calls may be made by phone card.
Master Bedroom 1
Overlooking the pool area, master bedroom 1 has a queen size (5 foot) bed, twin night stands, dresser, cable television, telephone, radio alarm clock and ceiling fan.
Off the master bedroom is the en-suite bathroom with vanity unit with ample cupboard space beneath, basin and large vanity mirror, large shower cubicle and large walk-in closet.
Master Bedroom 2
Also overlooking the pool area, master bedroom 2 has a queen size (5 foot) bed, twin night stands, dresser, cable television, telephone, radio alarm clock and ceiling fan.

Bedrooms 3 & 4
Bedrooms 3 & 4 have twin beds, chest of drawers, night stands, large closets, cable tv's and radio alarm clocks.
Family bathroom
The third bathroom is shared by twin bedrooms and comes complete with a full sized tub with shower over it. It has a seperate WC for added privacy. The bathroom can become an en-suite if only one of the bedrooms is occupied.
All bath towels, pool towels, linens and hairdryers are provided, free of charge, for use during your vacation.
Not Overlooked South Facing Screened Pool
The pool area is fully screened, which does not affect the sun getting through but does stop the bugs enabling you to enjoy the pool to the fullest. The pool also has a light which means you can enjoy a midnight swim! Around the pool you will find 4 padded recliners and small round table.
Lanai
The shady lanai, for those that prefer some shade, is equipped with table, 4 padded chairs and ceiling fan. Ideal for those ‘al fresco meals’.
Garage
The double garage can be accessed via the rear of the kitchen, where you will find the washer and dryer.
Wheelchair Accessible
This villa has had a number of discreet adaptations to make it wheelchair accessible. There are slopes rather than steps to enter the main entrance and the pool area, doors have been widened, grab bars strategically placed in one of the en-suites and a roll in shower, with a choice of 2 shower chairs, fitted. A Hoyer hoist enables access to the pool.For disabled guests we have number of web site addresses that we have collated who are local and are able to hire out specialist equipment for your needs.

Florida Pines is located on Highway 27 and is within a few minutes drive of Highway 192 and I-4 main routes. Only 15 minutes drive to Disney Maingate whilst supermarkets, restaurants and several golf courses including ChampionsGate are also nearby. The international airport at Orlando is 30 minutes drive away.
