Ideal for a couple, this charming studio is situated right behind the place des Vosges
in the courtyard of a 1930's building, on the first floor (one floor up)
To enter the building from the street, there are two doors, each with different codes.
The studio is 21 square meters (about 225sq. feet) and is composed of a bedroom/living room, a shower bathroom, a separate toilet, and a fully equipped small kitchen.
All windows look onto the building's inside courtyard. NO street/car Noise!!
The apartment is decorated in soft and natural tones and textures, with linen and silk, velvet curtains and lamps, ceramic tile, natural wood counter and desk, tinted stone floors and soft lights.
The couch in the living room folds out into an extremely comfortable double bed made for everyday use. The fold out system is VERY easy to work.
All the electrical equipment ( flat LCD TV, DVD, Music System, Cable and WIFI) are above the desk and can be hidden away with a roll down linen curtain.
The separate Kitchen is fully equipped. Living in a studio should not keep my guests from cooking real French recipes!!!
LOCATION:
The studio is perfectly situated in the heart of the Marais neighborhood.
It is literally 35 seconds from the beautiful Place des Vosges garden and you can access most placed by foot from this location.
It is 8 minutes from the Seine River and the Ile Saint Louis (Island), 15 mn from Notre Dame, 5 minutes to Bastille.
And if you prefer the public transportation, there are 4 metros very close by (from 3 to 10 minutes), and 3 buses as well.
WHAT IS NEARBY:
On rue des Tournelles you will find fashion shops, private designers, contemporary Art galleries, typical cafés and charming French and Italian restaurants. There is a bakery, a butcher, a cheese and wine store as well as a newspaper shop and a two little grocers right below the apartment.
Twice a week, 4 minutes from the apartment you can explore the Marché Richard Lenoir, one of the largest outdoor markets in Paris... and for Site seeing, many museums are just around the corner (Musée Victor Hugo, Hotel Sully, Musée Carnavalet, Picasso) and much more!!!

In order to reserve the apartment, a 50% desposit is required. This amount is non-refundable unless I am able to rerent the same dates.

Check in 2PM Check out 10 AM If no one is chacking out the morning of your arrival, you can check in as early as you wish as long as I have your exact arrival info.
