We provide boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, umbrella, and even blue ice for chilling your cooler without any melting ice mess... This spacious corner 1 bedroom unit boasts fantastic ocean views from every angle; the livingroom and kitchen have a large side picture window and huge glass sliding doors opening up to the expansive ocean horizon and gorgeous islands of Molokai and Lana'i. To add to the ocean beauty, we have installed floor to ceiling mirrors on the livingroom walls for reflected ocean views everywhere you look!

Watch whales jump and teach their young during season (Dec-April) from your private balcony. And all year long, be thrilled with the frequent visits of the Hawaiian Green sea turtles, considered sacred by the Native Hawaiians. If you are really lucky, you may spot the many pods of local spinner dolphins and the occasional monk sea frolicking in these protected waters of West Maui.

Rental Policy

Maui Kai #301 Rental and Reservations Policies

Deposit and Payment:
• A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental required to confirm reservation.
• Full payment of the rental balance due is required no less than 30 days prior to the check-in date.
• A security deposit of $250.00 is required and will be credited back within 14 days of checkout based on the condition of the condo.

Cancellations:
• Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check-in date can have the deposit applied to a stay at the same property within one year of the original check-in date.
• Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit all deposits.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit all deposits and rental balance due payments.

Cleaning Fees:
• All stays are subject to a one-time “Check Out Cleaning” cleaning fee of $130.00.
• Stays of more than 10 days have additional mandatory interim-cleaning fees of $130.00 every 10 days. For example, if you had reserved the condo for 30 days, there would be 2 cleanings during your stay, one on the 10th day and one on the 20th day.

Check-In/Check-out:
• Check-In Time is at 3:00 PM.
• Checkout Time is at 11:00 AM.
• We cannot accommodate earlier check-ins or check-outs because we often have parties departing and arriving on the same day.

General Policies:
• We do not provide daily maid service and are not affiliated with the rental program nor maid services run by the Maui Kai front desk.
• Please contact our local maid service – Kathy’s Got it Maid (669-MAID) - for any of your needs, do not request service from onsite maid carts.
• Please leave all keys in the condo when you check out.
• The Maui Kai front desk does not provide access to the condo, you must use the lock box key.
• All condos are non-smoking units. If you need to smoke, please do so outside of the condo.
• Please do not move items between condos. The Maui Kai condos are individually owned and equipped with their own unique contents.
• The maximum occupancy is 4 persons
• There is a $15.00 charge for each missing beach or bath towel.
