We are located in one of the best areas on Hilton Head. Crystal clear, warm, ocean water with beautiful beaches. The beach is a short distance away, an easy walk or a minute by car. Queens Grant is located next to the Robert Trent Golf Course.
Property Details
We have a lovely, decorated, two-bedroom, two-bath, ground floor villa in Queens Grant in Palmetto Dunes Resort. The villa is a very large end unit with a cathedral ceiling in the great room. The villa has been recently redecorated and the bathrooms remodeled. Fully-equipped kitchen. Nicely landscaped patio.
Activities (on site or nearby): Short walk to the beach, Five pools to choose from, Biking, Golf, Tennis, Miniature Golf, Fishing, Horseback Riding, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Sightseeing, Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, Sailing, Jet Skiing. Palmetto Dunes offers a free shuttle service to and from the beach, shopping, restaurants and any where else in Palmetto Dunes.
There is a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, a double-size and twin bed in the second bedroom. We also have a sleeper sofa in the great room. Sleeps six to seven comfortably. We also have a outside shower which is great when returning from the beach.
Our guests are very pleased with the accommodations and have been returning for many years.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
Additional cost for cleaning. $300 deposit at booking. Full payment due 2 weeks before rental date.
