*A single family home located on a small lake (you can swim in the heated pool and watch the Florida Sunset over the lake in full privacy, or try your luck at catch and release bass fishing in the lake). There is even an alarm on the sliding door to the pool area for the safety of little Mousekateers.
*Centrally air-conditioned.
*Free high speed internet access.
*Has its very own and very private screened in and heated swimming pool, and outdoor dining area. *Contains 5 bedrooms, 3 dining areas, a full size eat-in kitchen, Great Room, 2 baths, including a large "kids apartment" with their own bedrooms and family room with TV. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and bedrooms # 2, has a standard full size bed, and bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 each have two twins. In addition, the kid’s apartment has a futon which will sleep two. You can sleep 10 in beds and two on the futon plus an infant our crib. You can be a hero and bring all the Mousekateers!! Sunset Lake bed configuration: Master = queen, bedroom 2 = double, bedroom 3 = two twins, bedroom 4 = two twins, bedroom 5 = two twins, futon in kids' apartment, plus crib.

• Unlike many other vacation homes, THE RENTAL FEE IS DUE ON ARRIVAL ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE ACTUALLY TOURED THE HOME and are completely satisfied! (Credit card payment is, however, processed 7 days in advance of your stay and reservations involving holiday periods, multiple weeks, or multiple homes ONLY require half payment 60 days in advance or full payment 30 days in advance.) • All our pools have a Southern exposure (Sunset Lake Home is SW) to insure continuous sunshine and warmth all the time!
• All homes have 4 TVS connected to cable (Sunset Lake Home has 3), VCR, DVD, CD & telephone answering machines.
• We personally oversee the readiness of our homes and assure you that our homes are meticulously clean.
• We share our expertise on all the parks. We provide a personal in-home orientation to all the attractions and the area, complete with special "tips” we’ve learned over the years. We provide you with the benefit of our years of living here, as well as with our personal experience in all the attractions, including the free ones you should not miss. We offer discount tickets to all the attractions at a discount well below gate prices.
• Our heated pool/spas are REALLY heated, with the pool temperature maintained at 86-88 degrees F, and the spa at 104 degrees F - and YOU control the selection with our simple to use "aqua switch." Others only maintain the spa at the same temperature as the pool.
• Our weekly fee for heating the pool is only $100, or you may select the luxury of both pool and spa heat for $125. If you select both pool and spa heat, we’ll attempt to maintain the pool temperature at 86 – 88 degrees, and if you select both pool and spa heat, the spa will rise to 104 degrees every time you simply push a button.
• Major grocery stores are located within less than a mile from all our homes.
• Major golf courses are nearby ALL homes.
• We provide everything you'll need for the little Mousekateers, including free cribs, strollers, highchairs, siderails, booster, etc.
• For our senior Mousekateers, or those for whom walking in the attractions may be a concern, we provide wheelchairs at no charge.

AND…. FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS at our Twin Palms home and all Tropical Getaway Executive Homes. Just bring your PC and stay connected while you enjoy Mickey!
