This two year old beachfront estate is directly on 200’ of a beautiful white beach with tide pools. It is located 10 minutes from the famous North Shore and one mile from the Polynesian Cultural Center. There are terrific views for watching the waves and sunrises from the spacious rooms that give a 180 degree view of the ocean. The estate is on 2.2 acres of park-like private property surrounded on three sides by a 6’ lava wall. The beach in front of the house is gorgeous and is hardly used.
You will enjoy a luxury home with spacious rooms, vaulted ceilings, and air-conditioning throughout. As you take the long driveway up to this incredible home you will see an overhang that is 20’ high and supported by large lava pillars. The grand entry into the home opens into a 30’ x 50’ living room with 23’ ceilings, 6 chandeliers and rock and hardwood floors. The living room has 8-10’ high circular windows that sit 45’ from the beach.
Next to the living room you have a dining room that seats 16 people on its custom built redwood table. The dining room has a custom built hutch, two chandeliers and a breathtaking view of the ocean. As you step down in to the kitchen through the two 8’ high swinging louvered doors you enter a magnificent kitchen with black granite counter tops, a custom built breakfast nook and a bar for people to watch you cook. The kitchen has a gas stove, double oven and high end professional grade appliances. The view from the kitchen is 180 degrees of beautiful ocean.
The master bedroom is huge with circular walls and two sliding doors to the ocean. The high vaulted ceilings and tiger wood hard wood floors give a feel of elegance and beauty. The view of the ocean that sits 40’ away is 180 degrees. The master bedroom has a full couch, love seat and walk in closet. The ceiling has Bose speakers for an incredible sound and two island fans. The master bath has rock floors, marble counter tops and a custom rock and tile spa that seats 8 people. These rooms are grand beyond description when it comes to their beauty and creativity.
The other bedrooms are very large with vaulted ceilings, custom built-in dressers and storage. The large louvered double hardwood doors to the closets give you plenty of space to hang and store your clothes. Each room has a view of the ocean or the rugged Hawaiian mountains. They all have central air-conditioning, ceiling fans and large windows for a spectacular view. The beds all have a set of sheets and comforters.

This home is very clean and decorated with comfortable furnishings with plenty of room to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. It features a private park-like estate with numerous coconut trees and island vegetation. You will see several local bird species and plant life. The estate is perfect for reunions, weddings, meetings or a family vacation.

In front of the home you can snorkel, scuba dive, surf, body board, kayak, fish, sunbathe or take walks on the ½ mile of white beach. In back of the home the Hawaiian mountains loom above the estate with hiking trails that give an incredible view of the ocean, valleys and island plant and wild life. The private 2.2 acres give you privacy and space for children adults to play and enjoy the surroundings.
